This GUDMAR venture project involved the redevelopment of an abandoned prior use dinner theatre, formerly known as the Burn Brae Dinner Theater, located on Blackburn Road in Burtonsville, Montgomery County, MD. The project was redeveloped in a mix of rear loaded and front loaded townhomes, surrounding a central green. Finished lots delivered to Ryan Homes.

38 estate SFD lots located off of Loch Haven Rd in Mayo, Anne Arundel County, MD. Project was sold to Pulte Homes, and was built out by KHovanian.
