This project will consist of 497 townhomes lots, comprising a total acreage of 89.53 acres. The first phase of 137 lots is on schedule to be delivered spring/ summer of 2025, which includes a clubhouse that will serve the community. This project also includes the installation and dedication of public R.O.W. that includes Mattawoman Drive (4.77 Acres); Cattail Way (4.81 Acres); and the extension to U.S. 301 (3.14 Acres) interchange.
